I've just downloaded a product mockup from the new toolbar but I can't upload it to be used as a category icon. I keep getting a "server error" message. I've even tried renaming the file to something simple and also tried downloading a few different images but it's still not working. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

I'm having the same issue. I've used the new tool bar to upload "More Options" > "Download mockup" and trying to upload into Zazzle.

So is there a solution to this. I have been trying to upload category covers by first of all from the product page "save image as" then upload to the category. I get the above server error

@DiamondWillow make sure the length of your image title isn't too long if you've not already renamed them

I do believe they just have to be converted to jpg's in another program first -- I download and then upload to another program and save them as a jpg and make sure the sizing is correct. Pinterest and, I believe, Instagram, accept png's but Zazzle upload does not -- as best I can determine.

I got to thinking and I remember when I used Zazzle's Create tool to make banners. I've never been able to use the banners from that tool until I downloaded them to Affinity Photo and changed the image from a .png to a .jpg file. So I tried the same trick with the image I got from the top tool bar from the product page. This has worked and I can now use my modified .jpg file as the category and media image.

Have you resized it to 600 x 600 - I think that's the size category icons need to be (i may be wrong though)

Category buttons can be any size. You can take a Media image size of 1440 x 1440 and use it as a category button.
