Share dropdown not giving options

Perhaps there is an update being performed on the drop-down list. When I click on the ACTIONS button I get a small blank "bubble" no selections.

@BKMuir If you have an adblocker on your browser - you may need to make some adjustments - I had to switch mine off to get them to show. (adguard)

Thanks Sara_H - That might have been my problem as I had computer work done and had to update my adblocker. I didn't remove it, but checking today, the drop-down seems to be working.

I mis-spoke (wrote?) earlier. I was using the ACTIONS button at 3:30. I just tried the SHARE button again and it did not work. I turned off the ad-blocker and was able to share a collection. What a pain.

OK - Using the correct SHARE button.

I just changed from my Dell Desktop, using Windows 10  --- to a Lenovo Laptop, using Windows 11.

Yesterday and today, the SHARE Button on the products page does not give me any choices in the dropdown bubble. The ACTIONS button is working properly.

Is this a Windows 11 problem?

@BKMuir Pretty sure something has changed on zazzle's end they could be A/B testing something - did the 11 windows work before?

edited - which browser are you using?  Edge? And have you disabled adblockers on your laptop?

I've only had the W-11 laptop up and running the last 2 days.  I did see another thread about W-11 not allowing upload of photos. I tried that and it seemed OK (only had one photo available for quick test).

I've steered clear of 11 so can't really advise. Did you check adblockers?

Hey @BKMuir,

I can't seem to recreate this issue, can you please share a screenshot?

Mark - Thanks for responding. When I checked (2 times today). the drop down is populated with the 5 icons. The LINK icon works, (seldom use the others).

Can you take a look at your web browser's privacy settings? Unsure what browser you're using, but I believe Firefox has a setting which hides all social media icons.

Scott - Actually, I just switched this morning, from MS Edge to FIREFOX and now things are working better.
