Shirt cover photos don't always show in back end

I have noticed this for a couple of months now, but as it hadn't affected things too much I haven't brought it up.  Cover photos (I have really only noticed it with shirts specifically for some reason) don't always show up in the back end.   It is intermittent and can change each time I refresh , but I do have a screenshot.  As I have added more cover photos recently it makes it a harder to keep up with what I have added a cover to and making sure that the cover view is chosen when I can't just check at a glance in the back. 

Every one of these shirts in this photo have a cover added and chosen as the main view of the product, but only 2 show:

Probably just another server delay and/or glitch. Great that you reported it, possibly zazzle tech will quickly figure it out and fix it.

Meanwhile clear your cache and browser history, it may be serving up cached stuff.

I'm having the same problem in the backend with onsie mockups that I've made. Sometimes the correct mockup view is there, other times it isn't. Just noticed it again today.

I don't think its a cache or server delay issue because there are two shirts on the second row far left that have been doing it off and on since June or July.  I've cleared my cache multiple times since then including a couple of days ago.

This has been an issue for me since the feature was introduced last summer. The merchandise view shows the mockup but the backend doesn't

Just wanted to let you guys know that this is still an ongoing issue for me mostly with the tshirt covers not showing in the backend.

It is happening with JLW_Photography also. Covers show in Marketplace, but not all t-shirts show covers in the backend. Thank you.

Thanks for reporting this, Malissa. I make very few of them, but I've also noticed this on t-shirts and onesies since around July. Sometimes they show in the management area, sometimes they don't. It definitely makes it hard to know at a glance where cover photos have been added. I hope this is fixed in the near future.

Add me to the list. I've tried re-loading the cover images, refreshing, waiting - it just seems like for whatever reason, it doesn't want to stick on certain products - at least as far at the backend is concerned.

I just wanted to add to the list of products that won't accept a cover photo.  I am currently having trouble with adding the cover photo to return address labels and the A7 envelopes.  I have gone back and tried to reload them over the past couple of days and it still won't take.  I get all the way through the process of choosing the one I want and even get the last pop up that says I have successfully added my cover photo only to click ok and find that it is not there.  Can someone please fix this?

I've tried shirts and greeting cards and it goes through the motions, says successful yet it isn't. Still prompts to upload a cover photo. There is another discussion about this in Technical Issues. Others having this problem too. Hopefully it is fixed soon, I wanted to work on some today.

The onsie mockup that I mentioned above in my comment from 1/26/23 is still not sticking. Sometime's it's there, other times it's not.

I noticed this morning that all of my cover photos seem to be showing in the back end now. I didn't check all of my pages, but I checked enough to feel confident they are all there.
