00 Bad Request

Request Header Or Cookie Too Large

nginx
I thought it was just a glitch before, but I get the same error anytime I click on a link in a Zazzle email. Any idea what's happening?

Hmmm.... I'm getting the same error message, but only in MS Edge. In Chrome or Firefox the links work just fine.

ETA: Another data point for the tech team - I had an old message from a year ago in my mailbox and I'm getting the same issue there - link doesn't work in MS Edge (Windows 11) but works fine in Chrome or Firefox. Maybe Windows updated Edge and introduced an error? Hmmm....

Here's the exact link for reference: https://ablink.cm.send.zazzle.com/ss/c/eRf02eJo3W44fdXIoYg3W8dqNiwMWY04UnsFdpdVrey43XrFqZudiaPgDe4yY...

The problem seems to exist on all links to Zazzle. Links in other emails to other websites work just fine.

Thanks Kat. I did resolve the issue. It was a Safari issue.

Hey all,

I've passed this on to the team! Thanks 🙂

Hi Fiona. I wanted to let you know that I did resolve the issue. It was a Safari issue.

Not happening to me right now, but I have had this same issue in Chrome and have experienced it multiple times. It frequently happens in promo e-mails, so I wonder if it also happens in mails sent to customers.

The links in the daily promo emails rarely work for me, I'm surprised when they actually work. I use Edge in Windows 11.

I haven't been able to use Zazzle's email at all because I can't even see anything in it--just the occasional 'x' where an image is supposed to be. This has been going on for several years, but I assumed it was some sort of incompatibility between Zazzle's code and my (older) email software, the reason being that I've never and still don't have any problem with any of the other email I receive from other companies.
