Collection not showing up in BACK end or FRONT end of store---But still exists somewhere.

I have a collection that I created several weeks ago called Exotic Pride Bedding that has gone into some weird limbo world.  I created it several weeks ago---BUT

It is NOT displaying in my backend (on my collections page)

It is NOT displaying on my frontend (on my collections page)

The ONLY way I know it must exist somewhere is because when I'm on my backend products page, I can select the products, choose "add to collection", and from the popup list that comes up, I can see that there is, indeed, a collection called "Exotic Pride Bedding", and those products are already in it!

I can't post a link because, well, I can't find anything to link to.

Ooomm....can I please have some technical help with this issue?

Is tech support able to find the collection somewhere?

Hi @Argyleimp I can see your collection on your profile page https://www.zazzle.com/collections/exotic_pride_bedding-119878349382817387  possibly you didn’t tick the box to add it to your store, which you will see under Edit for the collection. Hopefully this helps.

Thank you for the link!  That allowed me to make adjustments in my back end...and you're right.  I hadn't clicked for it to be visible.  Thank you!

same with me so I lost sales because they cannot see I have any others similiar
