Something went wrong error message when posting canvas

I keep getting a "Something went wrong" error message in the lower left of my browser when posting a new canvas print in my store.  I read other messages, but there are no solutions.  I tried:

1: Chrome version: 124.0.6367.158

2. Edge Version  124.0.2478.80 

I cleared my cache and cookies for both as suggested by other members in this community.  I am no longer able to post products for sale.  I am spending hours trying different methods to get this to work, but its not working.  Its is affecting my time and business.  I gave it a week to see if it would sort out, but it hasn't.  This need to be elevated to the developers.

I'm having this issue as well. I've left off trying to add any canvases for well over a week now hoping this would get fixed. I had no issues prior to the mock-up changes so I was hoping that it was something to do with that and it would be debugged quickly. Sadly, that doesn't seem to be the case. 😞

I have a piece of wall art that does the same. Therefore I can't optimise and save it.

I just started getting this error message earlier today.  Things were fine, then poof!  Since nothing "saved" I remade the stickers - got the same message BUT when I looked the first one I made now seems to be in saved designs.... I haven't tried to post it again, I like my second one better so maybe it will show up later.....

Having same issue with canvas art- Has default department options loaded that does not apply to gallery art. I make changes to appropriate selection in submenus then I receive "Somethings wrong" message when posting. I also tried a work around and changed artwork on an existing posted canvas art. That also prompted the message. I do hope they fix this problem soon.
