I know this issue has been reported before, so I'm not meaning to be repetitive, I'm trying to sort out if this is a change that was intentionally made (and is here to stay) or if this is a bug that will be eventually fixed.
Special text characters (extended ASCII hearts, symbols etc.) suddenly got much bigger than they used to be, and this has disrupted a number of designs that used them. Example below, the hearts were originally contained within the lacy filigree, but now they're too big and they extend out of position covering up other design elements.
I'm trying to figure out if I need to fix and replace designs like this one, or if this is a bug that will be fixed, and I should just leave it alone and wait it out. Any insights would be appreciated!
