Store banner has now been cropped, blown up and pixellated

Hi team,
My store banner has been cropped and pixellated and a blue background added.
This occurs in both Firefox and Safari.
This morning it was fine.
I have done nothing to it that would cause this.

Scott, so happy to be able to change my banner again!  Thank you, thank you!  I still have one store that is not allowing changes yet, but now I am hopeful, it too will be working normally once again.  Did I say thank you??

My banner isn't fixed.  It's too big.  Are there new banner sizes I'm not aware of?

Thanks for the update. But, not quite there, yet ...

On the plus side, I now can see my banners when logged into my settings and while logged out (even on Firefox). However, the responsive mode still needs some work. See below for wide (desktop) vs narrow (mobile) modes.

If this cannot be fixed, perhaps you could publish some image "safe frame" guidelines so we can modify our source images to ensure the important parts can always be seen without cutoffs or obstruction from the avatar and title text.

So far so good but my second store still locked in place and cannot be changed in any way.  I am sure it will be fixed soon.

I'm not sure if it is just me, but I have noticed that many banners appear to have been fixed.

agreed (although it appears to be the banners in the public view of my storefronts that has been fixed--the designer's (internal) view still shows them blown up).

I wanted to add my latest finding:  While my one store has finally changed to the banner I want for now, It appears that when it comes time to change my banner again, I will be facing  the same dilemma.  I once again will not be able to change it.  Just to test it, I tried to do so, and just as before, it would not change or move or anything. We will be right back where we are now with the banner not being able to be changed.   So, while I am thrilled and thankful that my one store banner has finally been able to be changed, I am afraid the banner problem is not exactly solved yet-- though it appears to be making progress Just wondering if any one else whose banner has finally been able to be changed, have you tried to see if you could change it to something else if you wanted to?  Were you able to?  Never sure if it is something just with me or my store or if others are experiencing the same thing.

My Zazzle rank is still down a level.  Wiill that go back up soon?

Appreciate the updates, but it's important that we stay on topic so that bugs can be properly reported. This discussion is about the banner images being enlarged/pixilated. If you're seeing any other issue please create a new discussion or updated the existing discussion if there is one.

Not exactly sure what off-topic issues you are referring to here. So just to clarify my input, since the post title is:

"Store banner has now been cropped, blown up and pixellated"

... I would expect that the responsive/mobile cropping behavior would be included. (See the cropped mobile examples I posted earlier.)

Would you agree, or would you prefer the responsive mobile cropping issue be reported in a separate thread?

Hello,  I just signed up for Zazzle yesterday and I'm having issues as well. My image doesn't appear on my profile and business page. It just shows the default banner.

There are delays with indexing etc, so sometimes waiting a little while works. I think I see a lovely banner on your profile now.

Closing this conversation because the issue has been resolved, and because there's a few additional issues being reported here. This is causing a bit of confusion.
