Store Banner Will Not Allow Me To Change It

I have been trying to change my store banner but it won't update or even allow me to remove it entirely and start over.  There is another post about the banner looking cropped and pixelated.  This is not the same issue.  Now it won't even allow any kind of change at all.  I change my banners seasonally so I hope this is being fixed.

I'm also having a problem changing my banner.  I can click on update banner and it will accept the new image, yet it doesn't reflect the change on my storefront.  I hope someone replies soon with a fix.

Same here...same problem with my banners.

Several zazzlers have been posting about this for about a week now--or at least that is when I first became aware of it.  I came to the Forum to share that I was having this problem.  That is when I discovered  that I was not alone.  I think that there are about 3 different threads with this as the topic.  We all hope they solve the problem soon.

Not fixed yet - as of Aug 15, 2022 - hope Zazzle will fix soon.  I also tried to change my store banner after the first pixelation issue but Z;s not accepting that either and it's just frozen now.

I'm able to update the banner, but the update doesnt show when I'm logged into the store. If I check while logged out then the changes will appear. Then, after an hour or two I do see the updates when logged in.

Is that what others are seeing?

Even signed out I see the original banner. Going to setting for my store shows the new banner though.

Doesn't matter if I am logged in or out -- banner and profile are not updating up til now 😞

UPDATE: I came to Zazzle tonight and the banner has changed to the new one I selected 2 days ago so I assume it's fixed. Thanks

I'm unable to update store banner and profile pic/logo for two different stores.  It allows me to add new images but reverts back to previous.   
Stores affected  https://www.zazzle.com/store/shoppeholidays  (BTW, the current inset logo pic is actually the product pic of a listing I had just updated - standard Zazzle in situ, not an uploaded cover)
https://www.zazzle.com/store/celticmuse (the banner went back to original unstretched size but the logo is a previous version that hasn't been used for at least a couple of months.) Uploaded current logo twice but won't "stick"

So, today I discovered that not only am I  still not able to make any changes at all to my store banner (I also always change for different seasons as you do, glitterandchic). but now there is another banner placed there that is not of my doing or of my images.  So obviously, a change of banner was possible by Zazzle.  So not sure why WE cannot make changes to the banner if they can (unless this is the new thing now).  It would not be so bad if what they (whoever they are). if the banner was something that made sense but I do not even know what it is supposed to be.  I am just inquiring and hoping to get some answers.

The problem is still there. I have also unable to change my store banner for a few days and it is still the same today  (16 August 2022)

I am never sure in this new Forum how and where or even when to post a reply (especially when then are several threads about the same or related subject..  But here goes.  I thought the store banner problem had been solved but it has not.  Both of my stores' banners are "frozen" and even if I go to settings and upload the image I have chosen from my files, and it shows it placed in the area on my settings and I go down and hit submit.  It shows that it has been accepted.  But the banner has not changed.  If I try to update the banner on the site where it says, "update: remove, change or position", it let's me do the position but then the change in position does not occur.  I do not want to pester Zazzle too much about this, but I had rejoiced a day or two ago when I THOUGHT the problem was solved-- but I spoke too soon.   Unfortunately, it is not and I thought I should alert Zazzle to the fact since I had  said that it appeared to be at least partially corrected.   I also wonder if I am the only one STILL  having a problem with this.  Thank. you for your efforts to  remedy this .

Not only the banner, but the product page only shows the first 5 things I uploaded on the first night.  I have looked throughout all my settings and nothing shows up, my banners don’t change and my collections come in and out of existence. I assume they may be visible in a parallel dimension but I need it in this one. Would love to be able to show my items all on one clean page according to featured.  I am new, and joined just 2 days ago so I guess that’s why my issue is a bit more extensive. I haven’t posted any links to socials yet, so I’m not too worried about missing sales, but I was hoping to finish my page soon.  Pls fix devs! We love you!

Well after a day it took my new banner but it won't let me adjust it.  It usually takes me 2 to 4 tries to get my banners exactly right and often I have to download a second version.  So now it updated but it looks worse than if I just kept the previous one.  I'd really appreciate it if this would get some attention from Zazzle Techs.  It's a first impression kind of thing and I am very particular about those kinds of details.
