Store Disappearing

I have a "custom doormat" store.  I went to view it in the Public Market Place and it was not there.  Then when I went back to my view it was gone.  If I sign out of Zazzle and back in, it will be in my view but not the public view.

I don’t see your Custom Doormat store, but I see 66 individual stores. That must be a lot of work, and it must be difficult to manage so many stores.

Instead of each group of products being housed in a separate store, you might want to consider creating individual collections in only one store. So, you would end up with one store with 66 collections.

Hopefully, someone else can answer your question regarding the invisible store.

Thank you for your suggestion.  The way I organize I like to have one store for something like doormats and then collections within that store for example; pet, autumn, Christmas.

I did not see it in your store list so I went to your collections and searched for door mats. This brought up a number of door mat collections. I went into a door mat collection and saw that the store it was a part of was Custom Welcome Mats, the invisible store. Using the title of a welcome mat I searched for it in the MP and it was there, with a path back to the proper store.

So it seems that even if it isn't in your store list, the doormats themselves are in the MP and they lead back to that store. So from a customer point of view in the MP, the store is very much there. I have no idea why it isn't appearing in the store list.

If the "custom doormat" store you're referring to is your  "Custom Welcome Mats" store, part of the confusion may lie in the fact that that store name is actually "bettyboop10".  If I search the MP for that (bettyboop10) I can then see 90 of your door mats. If I click through from one of those mats I can browse your "Custom Welcome Mats" storefront, but interestingly, from that store I can't find any way to get to or even see the Member/Creator account that the store is a part of. If I go to your Member/Creator account from the forum link here, your mats store is not included in the 66 stores listed. To make sure a store is showing on your store list, you need to check your member profile - Advanced Setting tab - and make sure the store is checked to appear in your public list. As is, the store and its products are viewable in the MP, but they're just not linking back to your member account. Check that setting and see if that corrects your issue.

Thank you.  I originally had a store called Betty Boop.  Zazzle would not allow it so I hid the store.  Along the way I had an email address change and phone change.  I inadvertently had opened a new account under the new email.  Because of the confusion, my original account wouldn't let me open new stores.  So I changed Betty Boop to the Custom Doormats without realizing that at some level it would remain Betty Boop.  Have since resolved the email address situation.

Thank you.
