Store is getting 404 Zazzel please respond

I realize others have reported this, but my Store is bascially shut down and has been for days. I have been a designer for 15 years, is my shop Gone now ?  Just tell us that you are working on it please..

 I can access your stores and see products and categories (but I didn't click on any of the categories) so they aren't gone.  Hopefully what ever is wrong gets fixed soon!
