Store Logo Blurry

I've created a store logo that is 512 x 512 px in JPEG (300 dpi), PNG, and AI file formats. They all upload blurry. What am I doing wrong?

I am having the same problem with my store banner. It's absolutely terrible, while my store logo, category images, and all media images are beautiful, crisp high res.

If I ever figure out the solution I'll be sure to post it here.

Are you able to try a larger image and see if that works better? I have not done my store logo recently, but generally I use 1480 by 1480 for my square images here and I never have trouble with those. (I am suggesting this even though Zazzle does recommend 512 by 512 as the minimum......)

Well since this post I've created a store logo that is 1024 x 1024 px (because Zazzle Help said to double the minimum dimensions) in JPEG (300 dpi), PNG, AI, and now PDF file formats. I created it in Illustrator. It has a vector graphic and I turned the font into line art. They still all upload blurry. It's driving me crazy!

I tried that, didn't work.

Good evening everyone

Try  4500 × 5400 px (300 dpi) PNG

Thats the standard for most POD products

Thats what I use

Hi Hilary, I tried that, making the short side of the banner 4500 px, and it's still terrible! The rest of the store looks fabulous, just the banner lets it all down. Don't really know what to do here! Maybe someone from Team Zazzle can actually chime in here and give us some help?

I now understand what you meant.I had this problem when I first started.I had to just use a simple dot pattern on 4500 × 5400 px.It cut away many parts from their cropping. The dot is repetitive, It still didn't come out fine but it was manageable.

I'm struggling with this too. Logo and banner. Logo is supposed to be 512x512 min. I've scaled up x2, x4, x10 in both png and jpg and it's so blurry. Would love to learn if there's a solution.
