STUCK: can not find my product to edit or change, even though it's LIVE

I created and uploaded a design and instantly realized I forgot to make the "name/text" editable for customers, so I want to change it, but cannot find how...in fact, i cannot even find the product listed in "my products"...eventhough i can see it from my other browser (non-logged in...) NOT GOOD....thanks in advance!!

The 'My Products' section is your private member area for works in progress. Once you have posted an item for sale - it removes it from here and it travels over to your store back end.
Go to your Stores tab and click on the name of your store then click on the Products tab - this is what we call our store's back end
You can then edit your design, make your corrections and republish a new one for sale and hide or delete the previous version.

Thanks Sara. But yes, I had googled my issue as well before posting here and that was already where I was looking and it just was not there!...maybe a technical issue of some kind? or account issue? I looked today and it was completely gone from view, so I just started over.
Overall just very disappointed with my experience so far over the past weeks with Zazzle; I'm really trying to give it the benefit of the doubt, but it's SO confusing....generally the menus and interfaces are not intuitive/sensible; I guess I'll learn the ins and outs over time
