Stuff in shopping cart disappearing

OK, so I'm making a desk mat and putting it in my shopping cart, then when I leave the store and come back, it's no longer in my cart. Done this about 3 times now. Yes, I know I can "save for later", but that's not what usually happens when I put stuff in my cart to mull it over a bit.

I literally hate that no one from Zazzle has even glanced at this. Shame on you. I'm a customer as well, ya know.

Apologies for the delayed response here. Things are a little busy around the office the last few days.
The Cart was not designed to hold products for lengthy periods of time. It'll hold products for the length of your current session, but once you log out the Cart will likely be cleared.
Every product that you customize and add to your Cart is stored in your Saved Designs, so you can always check there for products that are no longer in your cart. You can also use the Saved for Later feature since it was created specifically for your type of usage.
Hope this information is helpful. Locking this thread since this is not a bug.
