Hello, I'm new to Zazzle. I have 13 collections and I've set them as public and visible in my shop. Previously, it would only show 6 collections in the store. But now, when I go to the public front store, all of them are missing. Is there any solution to this problem? Thank you in advance.

This is happening to at least several shops already who have posted since yesterday. This not probably not the answer you were hoping for but....It is likely a glitch or a bug. The mods should read these posts tomorrow and likely post that they are aware and doing a fix. Pretty sure Mods and Tech are aware.
The infamous indexer will show up sooner or later and your stuff will hopefully show up, but when is the real question. The indexer is moody even on its best days.

Thank you, at least now I know that it's not because of the settings I've made. Hope Zazzle will fix them really soon.

I know there are now 3-4 post in the forums about this problem. Hopefully Zazzle will combine the post into 1.
I received an email from Zazzle customer support this morning and the Zazzle technical team is aware of the issue and they are working on a permanent fix for the problem. The steps I listed below for an immediate fix, is still working in my shop and all of my collections are showing up in my public storefront, with no problems.

Yes, hopefully, Zazzle will give a permanent fix soon. Every time I add a new product to the collection, that certain collection will disappear. But I tried your steps and my collections will show up again as long I don't add any new products. Your steps are really helpful, especially for someone new to Zazzle like me. Thank you very much

Your welcome. I did add 4 new products to 1 of my collections and the collection is still showing up in my public storefront, so it may be fixed now.

I did notice if you reorganize your collections, the collections you move will disappear from the public storefront. You will have to delete 1 product from the collection and then add the 1 product back to the collection, in order for it to show up in the public storefront again.

Wow! This worked for me too! I deleted on from each, added it back and some I didn't add it back, but now all sixteen collections are showing up in the public marketplace instead of three! THANK YOU!!

Sadly, this is still happening. Kudos to @plumb4me for providing a practical solution. Add some other product to your collection and then remove it. I just tested and found it worked. Hopefully Zazzle's dev team has this bug in their to-do list. This seems pretty serious for designers who want their products visible and for customers not finding them.
BTW. We are loving Zazzle so far. Despite these weird bugs.
