Survey from Zazzle?

I received an email from Zazzle today with the subject heading "Tell us how we are doing in 30 seconds!"

There are four questions and the 2nd and 3rd have me worried:

Why are you no longer active on Zazzle? 

What could we do at Zazzle to re-engage you on the platform? 

I am active on Zazzle. I don't understand why I received this survey and I am worried now that there is something wrong with my store. I have received zero referrals since March (I was starting to get 1-2 or so per month. Nothing since March. I have Google Analytics set up and when I check the Realtime view, I do see visitors poking around. Sales have slowed down, but maybe because the summer season is approaching?

So, my question / request here is: Would someone please tell me (1) why I received this email and (2) take a look at my store and let me know if there is a problem?

I am active on Zazzle and I also received this email. I guess Zazzle have an issue on the selection of the recipients of this email.

I also received it today. The company doing the survey for Zazzle must have gotten mailing lists mixed up, or maybe they were sent the wrong list by mistake. I wonder if inactive members received it.

I also received the email and I'm active. Hopefully, it was truly sent by Zazzle in error.

There are independent companies that  are hired to do surveys, and this one showed the name, though I don't at this point remember it. It's what made me suspect it might not have been Zazzle's fault. I doubt any harm has been caused.

Thank you Barbara. I believe it was legit at first, but then got a little nervous until I saw that others got the irrelevant questions too and no one seemed overly concerned.

Clearly it's an error on Zazzle's part - but I'm glad y'all posted about it so I didn't freak out when I got it!

I also received the survey - but deleted it (hides face in shame lol)  I am also a very active designer but my thinking is maybe it's geared toward customers and not designers?  So, I have not been an active 'CUSTOMER' / making any purchases... but I am a very active designer.  Maybe that helps?  Again, I didn't see all 4 questions, but based on the two you shared, that's my assumption.

I didn't receive that one, but did receive a Zazzle survey about AI a couple of weeks ago. Has anyone else received that one? I answered the questions, but it didn't give any type of confirmation of my submission at the end. It was kind of odd the way it just disappeared.

Hmmmm... I don't think so, but your comment caused me to paw through my Zazzle folder and I found a Creator Newsletter from May that had a survey in it. Does anybody know if there's some way to get fewer emails from Zazzle so I don't miss the important ones? I have it set to only send me sales/referral notices once a week, but I'm just inundated with marketing emails and I don't know how to make them stop!
