Yesterday I received a message from a client about one of my popular designs:
Hello, I have a question about the linked stamp. Once I personalized it with my name and address the mountain scene went away. I just want to make sure that's just a product of the design phase and it won't be printed without the mountain scene. When I checked, the template image was selected to be white instead of black. I don´t know how that happened as I am not able to modify my designs and it has been working perfectly since now. I contacted the support team but was told there was nothing they could do. However, I am aware there is a ´´replace design button´´ available to some of the designers and although I may not be eligible for it at this time, I think that I and the Zazzle clients shouldn´t be paying for the technical issue like that. I just hope that the design can be fixed. I would appreciate any feedback and help.
