I need help. Is this happening to only me? I tried on my PC, my phone & iPad. But I can't make just one line that is more than one word. Let's say the phrase is "Hello, World!" The text will look like
Hello,
World
And no matter what I do... I can't expand it to make the line longer. No matter what font I use. Even if I delete it and create a new one.
I don't see anyone else complaining about it. So is it just me? 😞

The text box resizing thing is confusing. If you drag the handles on the corners it will make the text bigger along with the box. But if you grab the handles on the right or left side, hold down the shift key, and then drag, you should be able to make it wider without enlarging the text. The other thing you can do is to highlight the text layer in question, then choose a smaller font size from the tool in the panel on the right:

Nevermind. I have no idea what fixed it, but I created a new document and I can edit the text now the way I need. I don't know how to delete my post. ❤️

Nope, not fixed. The issue is happening with the font "Sancreek". When I use that font, there's like a bug and it makes it so that I can't have just 1 line and then when I try other fonts after that it makes those fonts have the same bug.

Well, it might help if you could post some screenshots. Usually when the text wraps around to two lines it's because the text box isn't wide enough to accommodate all of the words - you can either make it bigger (hold down the shift key and widen the box using the handles along the edges) or you can make the font size smaller.
I didn't have any issues with Sancreek or any other fonts.

Hmmm... it won't let me play the video - it says it's private. I've never used an iPad, but I suspect that might be the issue. I've read comments on the forum about people having trouble because they couldn't do the thing where you're supposed to hold down the shift key while you resize something (or something like that.) I have NO idea if that might be the problem, but you might try searching around to see if you can find any tips & tricks for using Zazzle's design tool with an iPad. I did a quick forum search and it looks like there's a lot there but you have to wade through a lot of irrelevant posts about people designing iPad cases etc. https://community.zazzle.com/t5/forums/searchpage/tab/message?advanced=false&allow_punctuation=false...

Thanks for your help! I really appreciate it. The issue was indeed the size. I'm not sure why, but I never mess with the size and I've been a Zazzler for years. I always adjust the size with the sides, but I guess that isn't working anymore. But that's okay, I'll just adjust the text size. Thank you again

Glad you got it sorted out! I think they recently changed how the text boxes work. I personally find it very confusing!

Very kind of you to explain. There is a similar confusion related to a recent change in the square/rectangle configuration. It would be so helpful if Zazzle would just put out a little message, or short demo video when they make these changes. Especially to change things at a time, that I think over the holidays Zazzle support may not be in the forums to answer questions. Again, it is wonderful that folks like you step up to help those of us who get confused.
