Thumbnail image for new foil cards gone wonky

Hi,

Today I uploaded a cover photo to a new foil card and this happened.

So this is shown in my Products tab and Collection. I have checked the MP and it appears fine. Once the cover photo has been approved I'll check to see if the view has gone back to normal.

This happens if you leave the preview set to the movie (the default.) It's like it's showing each individual frame of the animation or something.

I had not used the movie for the thumbnail so that is strange. I've only ever used the still insitu for this product type. When you are on the product page it is the correct insitu.

After ready your reply Cat I tried to put it back on the original insitu (my media file isn't there yet) and the grid image is still visible. It's also found on my product tab public view.

Hmmm.... that's interesting. It took mine a day or so for the thumbnail to switch back after I changed mine so you might want to wait a bit and see if it fixes itself.

Seems to have righted itself.

November 2023 this is happening again in the collections view, all of the foil greeting cards appear with the tiny gif thumbnails again
