I've been trying to locate some missing collections. I notice when I try to add them, there's a lock next to the name of the collection in the dropdown. In my collections tab, these collections don't show up at all, even with 'all' selected. How can I get to these collections and unlock them? They don't show up in my public storefront either.

Have you looked under your main Profile MY ACCOUNT then on the left MY COLLECTIONS?
All of your collections (whatever store they are linked to) should show there.
I don't see any place where a LOCK would show on a collection, so ...???

The locks on mine are because I've made them inactive and disabled them in the collection channels (they're still attached to stores)
Have you tried searching just for inactive collections and see if any appear?
