I am so new to this and have discovered a lot gaps in between with due all respect I love this company it so new, innovative, practical, minimalistic and just love this community a great people. I want to voice out a little bit of what has been happening to me and I wanted to know if someone out is willing to voice back to me letting me know to deal with production of products. The reason I am doing this because I am pilot testing and checking out how can I help improve some gaps with tech issues that I have been experiencing. Let's start with the basis.
1. Create Design and then purchase for myself. I found out it is a lot easier only if you want to purchase a certain amount of products
2.Being contacted through chat systems never worked out for me. Promising to sell it of for me wouldn't work out either neither to purchase in bulk neither.
3.Glitches within the system. My products have watermarks? Or when contacted via chat systems anyone can view and pick and take away what they want?
I have been contacted via chat system asking for massive bulk from my designs and then the chat vanished into this air and nobody and nowhere to ask for anymore.
4. I have been receiving several complaints about people in previous threads forums about referrel id's not being attached or together with the product sale and description produced by them.
5. Contacting the Sales Team or Zazzle Chat system they will always ask you for proof of the product being sold. My friend I lost so much money and time because they couldn't track it back and she suspected it had to do with chat scams. Still unsure she asked me to test the page out and yes they still ask the same questions so anyone can take this info whether it be company wise or chat scam systems and make a lot of money and give you a few dollars.
Be help others voice in and give me your experience to better help this thread!
I would like Zazzle Team to further investigate it and what happened is this accurate?
