Transfer Product Issue

Hello,

 

I have been having an issue with transferring products today. When I click the usual transfer product -> choose the new item for the design, the new product is empty and the design itself doesn't transfer so I can edit it on the new product.

 

Have you see this issue or is it just on my end?

Try this—-
clear your browser cache, history,cookies etc.
Close your browser.
Log out of zazzle.
Restart your computer.
Login to zazzle, try again, see if it works for you now.

Hi @creativebunny,

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue here. If @idraw's suggestion does not work, can you provide a link to the design with the error? What product are you transferring the design to wen the issue occurs?

I have tried the suggested solution but it still doesn't work for me. I will try again tomorrow (and from different device and let you know if the problem persists. Thank you!

I have tried everything suggested here a few times but that doesn't work. I cannot transfer any product in my shop.

I'm very sorry to hear that you are still experiencing an issue here. I cannot reproduce the error on my side however. Can you provide a link to a design that is exhibiting the error and a link to the design you transferred to that you say is blank and cannot edit?

Yes, absolutely. I have the issue with all products in my shop but here is an example link:

When I try to transfer the design, I just get directed here:

https://www.zazzle.com/custom/gifts?tdid=00d0613c-551e-4df5-a7f0-4e668c04441c

Which is not the correct page as any transfer I select leads me to a blank new product. This is not the situation when I click on the transfer product attachment below my product. From this element, all transfers so smoothly so the issue isn't that bad.

I've had the exact same issues as well this entire month and clearing the cache & history does absolutely nothing - still not able to transfer my design onto a product.  Whenever it starts to happen in the web browser that I use I have to switch up to a different web browser, which we should not have to do.

Yes, it only seems to work if you open the product and scroll down to the box that says transfer to other products, not working from drop down menu on product page or backend store management.

Transfer product is not working from drop down menu on product page for me.  I've had this problem for a week now.

Same problem here up until about 2 weeks ago it would work for me when i would hit the drop down it was barely visible at the bottom but I could click it. Now its not visible and scrolling down does not seem to function either. I guess I will not be adding a bunch of anything until it works!
