I just tried to edit an existing Christmas card design to correct a faulty photo template. Everything went well until I tried to save the revised design. The sell button is not showing up. I haven't used any design elements that designers aren't allowed to use (I know that's normally the culprit), so I can't figure out why I can't save my revised design. Does anyone have any ideas on what I need to do to fix this? Here is a link to my product. Thanks!

I think it's probably the option to "Remove Independent Creator Credit". That needs to be unchecked to publish. Then after publishing you can edit the merchandising details to turn it off.

OK, I'll give that a try. It's strange, though, considering that I haven't had to do that in the past. 🙂

Oops. One more question. So, I've rotated the 5 x 7 flat card to use it in a horizontal position, and everything looks just fine....except when I fixed the broken photo template and tried to insert my own photo, the photo is added in a vertical orientation. How do I fix that so that customers' photos are displayed in the horizontal format? Sorry for all the questions, I'm just designing cards for the first time (it's not typically my niche).

Hard to say without looking at it. Is the photo template set to fill?

I will recheck, but I’m fairly certain it is.

Hmmm.... no idea how you managed that! I can't see the template details since it's not my design, but both of those photos are set so they're rotated - you can see it from the personalize section, the images are sideways
I can't tell if the photos themselves are rotated - like if the image file is the problem, or if you somehow did that when you rotated the whole design. Anyhow, I'd suggest un-masking the photos, deleting them, and replacing them with photos that are oriented properly and then republishing. You can check the personalize section on the product page to be sure they're right.

Thanks for the info. I’ll give that a try tomorrow. Right now, it’s coffee, recliner, and kitty snuggle time. 🙂

Well, Cat, deleting the photos and re-importing them fixed the rotated photo issue. So, that’s a double thank you! I have no idea how that happened. Maybe it was a Zazzle glitch during the time I uploaded the photos.
