Unable To Add To Collections

I don't blame Zazzle for wanting to make updates to collection some of the new features look and work really nice. But....I made a new Halloween collection and notice that i'm not able to add new products to it. Also, i notice that the ability to add products while creating new collections from the back end has disappeared. A new collection must be created before products can be added to it. Unsure about other creators, but I know that not being able to add products as i create new collections is disrupting my workflow.

Could it be that your collection is in another store than the product is in?

Hi Anne, thanks for the reply. i checked out what you suggested and the answer is "nope!". I did notice what is happening though is that the products I added are listed as being in the collection - but they're not showing up in the collection i added them too. I think I unofficially declare myself president of the "Bring Back The Old Collections Committee" right now. LOL! 🤣 Have a good day.

Yes I would also like to see the option reinstated to create a collection from the other view.  Very handy to tick/select the relevant products from the back end/product listing view, and then click to create a new collection.  Makes sense to my work flow also! 

 

 

 

Hi Zoe, I like the way you spoke about that feature as being "very handy". Yes, That's it! Handy. I hope Zazzle updates and modifies their website in ways that don't interfere with the handiness of product creation, promotion browsing, shopping, etc. Have a great day! 🙂

Im surprised there are not more kudos to this. When "migrating" the collections after all of the changes, some of the products did not show up in the collections. I have to go and find them and add them again. But when I click "save", nothing ever saves and the products still won't show up in the collection. Is there another save button elsewhere that I am not selecting? 

I thought it might just need a bit to update but after waiting a couple days they still don't show up. 

Are we the only ones having this issue?
