Unable to change Samsung Phone Case options to new S22 & S21

When phone cases update, I go into my existing products and change the option to the new phone, However the new Samsung Cases S22 and S21 are not listed under devise options. It usually also shows style options (Barely there, tough, ect). I don't see way to select Tough to change to the new phone case either. Is this going to be fixed? Don't really want to redesign cases from scratch. That's time consuming with as many photos as I have.

Open any of your phone cases with the desired image on it. Use “transfer design to a product” and you can enter the Samsung S22 Tough case as the product you are transferring to.

But that causes you to create a whole new product which will have a new link so any of the marketing I've done for that current case will not update to the new case (Pinterest for example). If I did that, I'd then have to delete this old case which cancels out any marketing that has been done and don't want to have to dig around to find all that marketing I've done per case.

I misunderstood what you were wanting to accomplish. Your workflow is a bit different than mine. Disregard my earlier response!

Hi Jennifer,
My Suspicion is that the phone cases update is slowed by the "lazy" indexer. Since the Christmas holidays are over and we are headed for the New Years holiday, you probably won't see any changes in your shop till after Z employees return from holiday vacation after New Years.If I remember from years past, around Jan.5/6. And BTW, the forum is "lightly" moderated till then, so you probably won't get a reply from a Mod till then either. I see your problem,  those cases are not available to you. Hey wait, read the post I just gave you about using the link for the various templates I listed, might be a solution.

The way I understand this forum message the cases are only available for the Zazzle Value Cases. Your example is a Case-Mate and I don't believe they are available for those now.

I've been making them without a problem for the Value cases. Here's the forum link to the message Samsung Cases

Hi Jennifer, Hope this gets resolved for you soon. It seems that you definitely have issues with the cases you mentioned not updating. So it’s probably an issue for zazzle mods and tech.

Any word on when we'll be able to update existing Samsung Phones to the new product? Even though most of mine are case-mate, we used to be able to still change to any case in options but still not showing up when I edit the products. Really don't want to create new products. Would like to update the ones I have so I don't have to delete all the marketing I've done for them.
