Unable to remove Featured Products or add to them

I tried to replace most of my featured products with different ones today, but couldn't make it happen. The products I tried to remove stayed there, and the ones that I tried to add didn't appear. Is this a bug or does just take some time for changes to happen?

I just checked mine, tried several different attemps with several different products, to add to featured products, the screen fades then stays on the same page, no notification that the product was added to featured products. So it apparently isn't working, if it were, the product would show in featured products within minutes, not days.

Sorry about the delay. I just checked, and it seems that the products that I tried to add to featured are now added, or at least some of them. But there are still products that I haven't been able to remove. Here are two:

What kind of screenshots would be helpful? Just a page of my featured products?

It is now 24 May 23 and this problem is still not resolved, I cannot remove any products from Featured Product, there's like five pages of random things I do not want there anymore, it is not an issue of waiting 24 hours, I've been trying for weeks and although Zazzle promises they'll get back to me, they never do or resolve the problem

HOW do I remove featured products I have chosen?

I have tried many, many times to remove them so that I can choose new featured products. They will not REMOVE. PLEASE fix this.

I have the same issue. You'd think it would be fixed site-wide by now. I cannot remove featured products except by deleting them. I cannot add any new ones. The controls work, but nothing happens.

Mine seems to be working ok. Perhaps there is a # limit on how many you may add?? (although you mention deleting also is not working)???
