Unable to share a design with Pinterest

For some time now I have been having a problem pinning a design on Pinterest. Inevitably, I get the message on Pinterest: "Something Went Wrong. Board not found." Yet when I log onto Pinterest, all my boards are present and accounted for. So far, I have tried all the solutions suggested by Pinterest's support team but nothing has worked. Between computer problems and severe personal health issues, I've been offline a lot lately so this issue has dragged on for a month with no resolution. Now it seems all the correspondence with Pinterest has been removed (4 days after the last missive). Since they have not solved my problem, I'm hoping someone on Zazzle can supply advice that will work. Appreciate any help anyone can offer. Thanks.

I experienced the "board not found" issue this morning when I tried to share another creator's product to a newly created board (which was actually a new section created within an older board). 

As a workaround, what I did was to share the product to the older board.

Then I went to my Pinterest account and then clicked on the older board. Scroll to the bottom where the new product was.

From there, I was able to move the new product to the new board (section), using the Edit this Pin icon (represented by the pencil icon in the lower right of the product's Pinterest thumbnail).

It's almost like Pinterest is experiencing indexing issues and not seeing the newly created board (section)!

It's a tedious procedure, especially if you pin a lot, but it worked for me. Hopefully this can help you.
