Upload Failed - Server Error Can not upload graphics to the Design Tool

I am now on day 4 of not being able to upload PNG and SVG graphic files to my Image Files in the Design Tool.  Below is step by step what I have been experiencing.

I started by opening a new blank product to design on.
I click on the Upload Images button in the left side of the Design Tool.
The file on my computer where I store my images I want to upload opens.
I click open on the image I want to upload.
A white box opens in the area where my previous uploaded images are.
The orange line and a very faint likeness of the desired image shows up.
The orange line continues to move slowly across the top of the above mentioned white box.
When it reaches the opposite side as if it has completely uploaded the white box where my graphic would be is gone. An Error Box opens with the following message:

Upload Failed
Files you have selected could not be uploaded:
Server error

So far I can upload new JPG graphic files but I still can not upload PNG and SVG graphic files.
I posted in an old post from May 2023 and created a new post yesterday and have not had any replies.  The May 2023 post was exactly the issue I am having now but did not see any fix in the replies.

Please help I need to upload so I can create new designs.

Thank you in advance.

Hi everyone

Well I finally heard back from Zazzle and they stated that many are having this issue and they don't have a fix for it yet.  I guess we just have to wait.  I'll keep on top of it.

I have not heard back from Zazzle at all. Are all of you still having the same issues. I'm going to try this afternoon or tomorrow to reach customer care and actually talk to a person instead of getting emails. This is very hard we're coming upon Christmas and if I can't upload I'm not going to be able to get products posted. It seems no one pays attention to the technical issues forum but maybe together we can get this fixed.

I was just coming to report that I still am unable to upload my pdf files or video files in the sizes that I mentioned before.  It is coming up on a month and I have already lost most of my fall and Halloween promo time and hope I will be able to upload new Christmas designs in time.  I took the whole last week off because it is pointless to add small jpeg images that will not make good larger products especially if the customer tries to use the transfer feature.  I don't want them to get the triangle warnings and give up on my designs.  I know you guys are working hard and can only do so much if you don't know what is causing it, but this is super frustrating and disappointing not to be able to upload new images as well as videos to my listings.

I've been trying to upload a new Christmas design all day.  Same issues as before with being able to upload them to Canva as a test with no problem.

The PDF I am trying to upload is about 23mb and there is a transparent background PNG that is about 13.5 mb that will not upload.  I tried shrinking the PNG to just under 10mb and still a no go.  I was able to upload a PNG that is a little over 7mb and, after several tries, that one uploaded, but it is not the version that I ended up wanting to use for most products so it isn't really doing me any good right now.

I am trying not to get totally discouraged and will just go back to painting some designs I have already sketched out and editing the process videos for social media and maybe I will be able to upload in time to design for the Christmas buying season.

Did anyone ever resolve this issue? I've been uploading all day and all of a sudden I can't upload. I renamed the files because they were indeed duplicate names (wish clipart designers would stop naming their files with numbers!) - also cleared my cache. Tried in incognito window...reloaded page, everything.
