Variety Lines in Elements missing the "move" symbol

In elements, there are an assortment of varied style lines. I tried adding one to my design, but the "move" symbol, is missing, so I can't place it where I want. The only arrow symbol working is the expand. (into a big fat thick line) (Today 6/15/25) 
I tried closing & re-opening the design, tried refresh, tested several different lines to see if all were effected (they are) cleared the cache. Nothing resolved the issue. Needs a technical fix.

I hadn't noticed the LINES section.  I found that clicking on the line and holding down, then you can move the image. Dragging the area at right and left (2 dots) will lengthen the line. Expanding with the Top and Bottom drag handles does increase the size of the image, but you get the YELLOW Too big warning. The curved arrow circle (at bottom) allows tilting around the 360 degree radius.

Well you know, I tried holding down on my curser and it simply wasn't responsive. I KNOW how it works. It simply wasn't responsive to being moved around, though apparently its working now 10 o'clock at night, when I don't need it. After all the glitches  past couple weeks lets not act surprised.

What do you mean by this? Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Well, apparently, it's working now again. I can see the 4-arrow "move" symbol when I grab it with my curser. But yesterday and this morning I couldn't grab it at all.
