Wrong Category in Collections for Graduation Cookies?

I added a graduation cookie to a collection I have been working on.  Originally, I have it in this department: 

Crafts & Party Supplies > Party Supplies > Favors > Cookies

But the graduation collection category shows it as in the picture below:

When I went back to edit the product information to match the above, I found that there is no category under "Home and Living" for "food and Drink". Right now my cookies are in the bonus section in this collection even though there is a product card showing empty for sweets in the main collection products.

This collection is a new work in progress so there are not many items added to it yet, but it can be found here:

Not sure if this is a technical issue or if I am just not finding the right category.  Thanks for your time.

I'm having the same problem with the suggested departments Clothing & Shoes > Kids > Girls > Clothing > Tops & T-Shirts > Girls' T-Shirts    and Clothing & Shoes > Kids > Boys > Clothing > Tops & T-Shirts > Boys' T-Shirts.
