Ongoing for several months, I have not been able to log into the Zazzle app on my phone.
It was working for a while, and I could view and respond to messages from customers.
Now I cannot even get into the app. I've double-checked my passwords, etc.
Have updated to the current app version. Have updated my phone to the most recent iOS. Restarted phone multiple times and checked for more app updates.
Am on an iPhone 12, so it shouldn't be too old.
After I enter the user and password, I see a blue Zazzle logo screen for a few seconds. Then it kicks right back to the login screen.
Is this just me, or something going on with the app?

This is a known issue that we're working through.
As mentioned above, you can try uninstalling the app then reinstalling it.

I do not think you mentioned uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Maybe this would work.

Thanks Scott, uninstalling and reinstalling the app worked this time : )
(It had not worked in the past).

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Nothing. Stuck on blue Zazzle screen.

I have tried this as well to no avail. All I get is a red strip at the bottom of the page that says that I "cannot be logged in at this time" and to contact Zazzle if I feel that this is in error. 🤔
