Hello! I typically utilize my computer to explore Zazzle; however, today I opted to access the Zazzle app on my mobile device to review the appearance of my store. I observed that regardless of the store I visit, the products displayed in the "Products" section consist solely of the new Vellum invitations, resembling a general marketplace display rather than showcasing the specific Vellum invitations I have created. Additionally, the "search this store" function appears to be ineffective, as my attempts consistently yield the same results of Vellum invitations. This issue does not occur when using the mobile browser only the app, but I believe it complicates the process for clients using the app to locate specific products within a particular store. As this is my first experience viewing my store through the app, I am uncertain whether this has always been the case or if it is a temporary technical issue.
