Zazzle Rank - When Will It Get Restored?

During the Banner Crisis, my Zazzle store rank dropped down one level.  The banners are fixed (thanks); but, when will the Zazzle ranks be reset to  where they were before all the Banner drama?

Am I the only left whose banners have not been fixed?   Still cannot make ANY changes to them.    AND now, as Brownlocks mentioned above, I, also, for the first time have had a one point drop in my rank. Have no idea why.  I am still creating and still selling.  Admittedly, I have no idea how one gets the rank one gets.  But I am guessing that the banner thing and the rank thing might be connected since they have occurred  almost at the same time.  I don't mean to be a thorn in Zazzle's side, but I keep hoping that I, too, can finally join the ranks of those whose banners and rankings are now corrected.  This has been this way for many days now.  I even emailed zazzle help but got a generic "we are working on it. Thank you for your patience" reply.  Please zazzle, if you can fix some, why does the same "fix" not work across the board for all of us who are having the same problem?  Just curious.  I guess you cannot just "mass correct" with one fell swoop,  the same solution for all who are experiencing the same problem.   I plead ignorance on how these things work, so my apologies for not understanding.

The bug with banners being a bit zoomed in is not connected with Zrank movement. So, if you saw a recent drop in Zrank it was probably for other reasons.

There have been a few different issues with banners recently. One has been fixed. The banner not changing is likely a caching issue on our end that will need to be resolved. Engineering is aware of the issue.
