Changing the icon back to my store picture?

In the old forum I was always my store picture I really would like to have that as my icon in the forum - is this no longer a choice?  Why is it our personal photo?  How do we change this.

The photo is drawn from your profile, not your store. I have found that if I change my profile pic,  that will show here. I am not aware that anyone has found a way around this or a way to select another pic for the forums.

And a while back they began downgrading our stores for not having a 'real' photo in our profile..... Anyone know if you can switch back without penalty? I'll go back to my penguin....

I switch at will. No penalty seen yet.

I am lost because if you logged in the old forum as your store name the icon was your store icon picture and if you at the top clicked your name the icon changed - to your profile picture and it would just say zazzler not your personal name??? ..... Remember how we had a million zazzlers and they were removing us - our personal identities we never knew who we were talking to?  Then they went full circle on us demanding us to give out our full profile names and pictures? So strange and I don't think so cool as far as privacy goes - that should be optional to people regardless if they have a store or not. 

they did say we would be penalized in our z rank I thought if we did not have a profile pic but i thought that was a stretch as it seemed to invade privacy...?  If our store logo is our logo that should be good enough it is my store so that is what I go by for branding.  As for here I prefer not to see my face hahah I rather just see my store pic it is so weird to me becuase half of these icons ARE not profile pictures and some are store icons so I am lost 

Maybe it is just the blonde side of the brain taking over again lol I don't know but it should not be this hard

In the old forum, one could post under any of their store names or as their designer profile name. So if one had say 4 stores, they could literally post under 5 different names/ profile pics / "accounts".  Super confusing.

In this new forum, your user-name is whatever you entered when you first registered for it, but the profile pic is taken from your Zazzle member profile. This is so that everyone is always the same person. More transparency, less confusion. 😉
