a customer never got one of their orders?

I was working on my shop today and I just noticed a bad review i got back in Febuary 😭 Apparently the customer never received their order??? I don't know if they even tried to reach out the Zazzle about it, or if they tried and failed,...or if they just decided to give me a bad review instead of trying to reach out at all? they didn't mention in the review anything about contacting zazzle about it.... But as the designer and not the one doing the printing and shipping i feel like there is not much I can do about it? Does anyone know is there a way to contact zazzle about this or is there anything I can do? I've never had this happen before.

this is the product with the bad review, i feel it reflects badly on both my shop and on zazzle 😞  I wish I had noticed it sooner.

@ShadoWind I would reach out to Zazzle. If Zazzle doesn’t remove the review in question I would duplicate the listing and kill off the one with the bad review. Of course then you will be loosing the views on this item but at least the bad review will not be attached to the item anymore hence will harm you less. I’m sorry this has happened to you - it’s quite unfair. 😞
