Adjusting Photos option not Working

Hi Zazzle Community! 

I noticed that some of the photo templates for sale on Zazzle allow customers the ability to adjust the photo by clicking on an "adjust" button. I am trying to get this feature to work on my templates, but having no luck. I have my boxes set to "fill"  I sometimes use the mask feature to create a photo template and other times I just crop the image to size, wondering if this is why it doesn't work? Or, did the adjust option go away?

Two things.

1) You have to have the image set to "fill"

2) For some reason it doesn't appear when you're viewing your own products. So to test it you need to log out and view the product as if you're a customer.

Hi Cat, thank you, I would not have thought to log out to test the images. There are some products that show the adjust button even when I am logged in. and there are recent products that I have posted that are set to Phil that for some reason still do not show the adjust option, when you create your photo templates, do you use masks or crop the images or do you import them at exactly the size you want to use them? I am wondering if the cropping and masking is preventing the adjust option from working?

Masking and cropping shouldn't impact it. Could you post links to a few of the products that don't seem to be working correctly?
