In Download Product Images, Replace Transparency with White Option Not Working

Problem (or what I've done so far):  I'm testing this and I continue to get a transparent image when I download the product images.  These are tested with and without checking the box.  Am I doing something wrong?  *Note, if this is a technical issue, please mods place it where it's needed in order to fix.

Tested with this last one:  https://www.zazzle.com/celestial_fairy_jewelry_delights_square_business_card-256933192555928250

Does anyone know why?  Are some certain products like a square business card just always come out transparent?  Because I could almost think that the regular ones don't do this.  If I'm doing something different, than the normal download, I don't see what it is.  Perhaps if anyone tests this on a square business card, specifically, idk.  It's all I can think of.

On this regular 3.5 x 2 business card, I have the front background fill color set to black and the back set to white.
When I do Download Artwork for the front, the resulting image has the solid black background. Makes sense to me as background color choice is part of the design. But when I Download Artwork for the white backside, it comes out with a transparent background, it's not counting the white background fill as part of the design. It still turns out transparent even when checking the box to "replace transparency with white".

Same design on tote bags and address labels [link],
Download Artwork correctly includes the black or white background fill color.

I also tried a folded greeting card with background fill color set to white, and that correctly downloads with the white background.

It took me a while to find a product where I did not set a background fill color, i.e left it transparent, but here are two.
[Mini Bball Hoop]     [Wooden Sign]
Download Artwork correctly results in an image with transparency. However, here again, they still turn out transparent even when checking the box to "replace transparency with white".

So it seems like 1) there is a glitch with the 'replace transparency with white' option working on any product and 2) it is not recognizing a white background color as part of the design on business cards.

Thanks for this more thorough research.  I've seen this happen to me before, but I'm foggy on what product it was exactly now.  Thanks for testing out a few more products.
