Matchboxes ‘under review’ 2 months

I designed some matchboxes in mid-November, but they’re still showing as “under review”. Just wondering if there’s any particular reason for this? Other products (espadrilles) are only ‘under review’ for a few days.

The team has advised that this is a technical issue they are working to fix.

In the meantime, can you please resubmit your designs so they can be approved?

mine usually are addressed in a couple days. Now its been more than a week
