As most will know, New York has trademarked a bunch of their "I [heart] NY/New York" logos. To me, it seems, these are not word marks but trademarks on specific logo designs. When looking at (reputable) stock agencies, I can search for "I love New York" and get results of many different logo designs in all variants. So it seems legit, but knowing that things may work differently on Zazzle, and that there aren't that many related designs, I thought to ask first, before wasting time on designs that may get deleted.
So, is it allowed to create such text headings and logos (that differ from the official trademarked ones, of course), and are tags and titles/descriptions such as "Love New York", "heart new york", "I [heart] new York, city skyline" safe? Thanks!
