I tried two times to update to receive my payment, but no payment. I will prefer paypal. So all done in setting page. Only thing is tax form. I dont know if I submitted correct way. I downloaded W-8 BEN form and filled then submitted to zazzle-w8@zazzle.com from my registered email. is it all done... How do I know payment setting is all good and I just need to collect revenue and wait for payment...

This was brought up in the Technical forum, but it's quite possible a lot of people haven't seen it. Here's the problem: Self-referral amounts owed starting with the end of August haven't cleared even though the regular royalties for those same sales have. I'm wondering just how widespread this is. When you check, are you finding the same "anomaly"?

My full panel luggage has been hidden since July 2023 when it sold out. Now I see pilot's carry on are "temporarily" sold out. I have 15 of each with several in collection media covers. Why did I suddenly lose access to wax seals? I've never had a problem with excessive returns, and there was no communication from Zazzle. But now I cannot make any more wax seals or stamps; they don't show up in the Create Your Own search, and if I go to an existing product, the option to make my own isn't there any more!

I would like to bring it to your attention that having the other products above the product one is promoting means at least on my screen that you can't even see the product the potential customer came in on. See below. With the new program in place and the need for designers to become more proactive in promoting themselves, which I have been shifting to work more actively on, it is a bit upsetting to see my promotional efforts being treated as second to other people's designs. Hopefully this is a glitch and the other designs are moving forward placed back down below at least so the viewer can see the product they click on first. I really don't think that is asking too much is it? Please let me know as I am starting to question why I am investing more time and money in promotion when this is the opening screen now.

Okay, I saw that it is semi-gloss. I just made postcards a few days ago. I never choose semi-gloss. I always choose the first option that comes up which is matte. Does it automatically change to semi-gloss without us knowing? Now, I have to re-do all those postcards. What is going on?

Is it just me or the design tool has been glitchy for the past two days or so?? 🤔 I can't seem to move anything around or size anything. Everything just gets stuck and then moves in all the wrong directions after a moment. Hello, after waiting 1.5 months, I finally received an answer message from Zazzle saying that the address on my W-8 form is different from the one in my Payment Settings, and that I should also update the date next to my signature to a more current one. I have checked everything. The addresses are exactly the same. I don’t understand why I would need to change the date, since I signed the form when I submitted it on August 19. I’ve already written to Zazzle with this clarification, but I’m really worried that I’ll have to wait another 1.5 months again for my payment. What more can I do?
