I’ve been noticing a sudden and significant drop in my sales since April 1st. Up until then, I was getting regular daily sales, but now it slowed down drastically, I wonder if it’s because of the new terms of service update? Would like to know if anyone else is going through the same thing and what would be causing this.

I joined Zazzle in I think 2018 when I joined TeePublic and Redbubble too. I found Zazzle extreamly complex to navigate and understand the intent of their sites logic. (I'm probably a case study in confusion with Zazzle's site design) Now i'm not totally and idiot on website design, I got paid to do it for years in the earlier days of web work. ANYWAY, I tried Zazzle, uploaded a bunch of stuff, tshirts, stickers and other stuff. Then got confused, frustrated with Zazzle seeing sales on the other sites for the exact same items, same titles, same tags, while never seeing anything on Zazzle. I gave up, left it for YEARS and just a few months ago got an actual payment. I came back looking at what sold and saw there were a few but since I wasn't active the monthly "fee" ate up the little I sold until now. I finally got a lot of time on my hands this summer and decided to try to understand Zazzle again. It took me awhile to figure out when/why to use collections, compared to categories (super confusing). Then I figured it out, and have totally reworked my store into 3 separate stores, pulling out photography related, any my watercolor designs, and some random graphic illustrations. Now I'm much better suited moving forward. BUT I have been doing this for a couple months straight, and have almost 1500 products in my main store. It's gone from a zrank of 5 to 6 now, and I still only get about 2-3 views each day across all those products. My question is, am I being punished for this inactivity over the years somehow? Or does indexing across Zazzle and the internet just take that long? What's your stores typical search percentage versus number to total products? I'm just curious. I get Zazzle much better now finally so I'm not really disappointed, just curious. AND I'm loving the design tool now that I understand it. Wish I had found some sort of tutorial for it somewhere. But I get it pretty well now. I think learning Photoshop might have been easier? 🙂 Oh, and can we just get a "save as" button, so experimentation is easier? ha! Sorry this got so long, thanks for getting this far.

A customer recently transferred one of my wedding invitation designs to a foam board, and the marketplace department for foam boards defaults to Office & School (45% MRF) rather than Crafts & Party Supplies (40% MRF), why? The same customer transferred the design to pedestal signs where the MP department default is to Crafts & Party Supplies, so I'm curious, why the difference?

Hi everyone! I recently launched a new Zazzle store focused on Ancient Egypt — a theme I’m very passionate about 🇪🇬 It’s been 10 days, and I’ve uploaded 209 products so far, all within a focused niche that isn’t too saturated. I’ve followed as much advice as I could — from this forum, YouTube videos, blogs, and more. I’ve really been putting in the effort, but I still feel unsure — like I might be missing something, or not doing things in the best way. I’d truly appreciate any feedback on: Am I on the right track so far? Is there anything important I might be overlooking? How long does it usually take for a niche store like this to start getting consistent traffic or sales? Here’s my store: https://www.zazzle.com/store/ancient_egyptian2 Thank you so much for your time and help — I really value this community and all the support I’ve seen here ❤️

I have put not a lot but some effort into collections and not really seen a return on them. Has anyone sold multiple items in a collection to the same buyer? Trying to figure out if collections are worth my time or if I'm better off working on single items. Thanks.

I've had two products listed in in Under Review since August of 2023. Their problem was corrected not long after that, but there the products sit and have sat for two whole years. Am I the only person with this problem? Colorwash's Home Colorwash on Benable Benable invite link

Hi everyone, I'm facing a struggle to get payment. still not received it to my hand. Now I'm really tired. So far I got my cheque three weeks ago. I deposited it into my bank on the same day, but it has not been credited to my account yet. I contacted my bank; they informed me that the check had already been sent to the issuing bank and was waiting for payment. I understand that some check clearing can take time, but this delay is causing me stress, especially because my current financial situation is difficult. I’m reaching out to ask if others who received check payments have faced similar delays. How long did it take for your check to clear? Thank you.

I understand how cookies/trackers work. I just don’t get what’s the reasoning behind fees deducted from sales definitely coming from my own promotional efforts? I already hated promoting, they just made me (and I guess a bunch of others) completely stop it. I’m not that gambling type. (Unpopular opinion, but I also have issues with the cookie duration. If someone clicks a link on pinterest or other social media, then doesn’t like the product that much and closes it, a bit later clicks another link and likes that product enough to buy, why does the first one get the referral? I always shop like that and I guess I’m not alone. I know it’s impossible to perfectly track behaviors, but seems unfair, especially with these new fees.)

I have just started to do mock-ups for the cover pictures and was wondering if it was against the rules to put items together that match up, for example I have several throw pillows that could go together and I thought of showing them together in a single mock-up which I would use for each pillow ...so they would each have t heir own listing but the cover photo would be the same....is this allowed?

Both UK and Rest of Europe international domain links lead to your UK domain with the difference that UK is based on £ and Europe on €. I didn't find any way (even analyzing the html code) to link to the € variant. Is there a way to get to the € variant from outside? Working on my website and offering my visitors links to their local domains. Cross-domain handling: Affiliate and promoter shares used to get lost when customers switch country/domain from within the Zazzle pages. Has this changed in the meantime so we can lead the global audience to the .com site and let then the customers decide from which local domain they want to buy the products without losing our affiliate/promoter share? Thanks & have a great day!

I was just now checking out the font problem people have been talking about when I noticed there's a permanent spot for choosing the front, back, and whatever view. (Nice, but it takes up more real estate on the screen.) Clicking around, I also spotted the plethora of shapes that have been added to Elements. Is this brand new or have I been too deep into my own world? Colorwash's Home Colorwash on Benable Benable invite link
