My shops Counter_Edge and UrbanSeagull9 have almost all products at zero views. I shouldnt have ip issues but I dont know if Ive forgotten being notified about anything I didnt know about. Has anyone else experienced a major slowdown of digital download sales recently? Before the changes to the Ambassador Program on April 1st, the majority of my income came from digital downloads. Since then, not only has the marketing fee significantly impacted earnings, but my digital download sales have almost completely vanished. Most customers now order 10 printed invitations—or sometimes just one(!)—which earns me only $0.17 per order... compared to around $10 I used to make from each digital download. I went to my Earnings Summary page and got a big orange notice that said "We cannot pay you because your payment settings are incomplete". I went into my Payment Settings and everything appeared fine so I didn't change anything. I didn't click anything or update anything because I know it can delay my next payment. I clicked Earnings Summary again and the message is gone. Is this a glitch? This isn't going to affect my June payment is it? Anyone else seeing this?  ... View more

I've been on Zazzle (primary account) since I made my first purchase in 2005; selling since 2007.  I think that makes me pretty well authenticated 😂, but regardless, am not interested in associating my cell phone number with a Zazzle account.  Or even my home number, really.  I don't use the Zazzle app. Is there a way to authenticate that I'm a real person to be able to use Chat without giving my cell phone number?    ...
