I created a fine‑dining style engagement invitation written for men, and I tried to add the tags "two grooms engagement invitation” and “same sex engagement invitation” so the customers could find it. As soon as I added those phrases, my product was automatically flagged for adult content (popup), and I had to request a manual review. I was surprised because the invitation is completely G‑rated, elegant, and meant for a formal engagement dinner celebration. Since the homepage promotes LGBTQ awareness, I honestly didn’t think these tags were a violation. They’re common search terms used by customers looking for same‑sex engagement or wedding items. Can someone explain why adding these standard LGBTQ tags would trigger an adult‑content warning?

I want to ask a question about the invitations for Bourbon tasting party venue. Yesterday I had created a few and listed them with a G rating. Then a few hours later I could not see them in my public store, and wondered why? I found they had a PG rating. I asked one of my friends to check the listing and she told me she could not view the invitation even in a moderate setting. I am not sure why my invitation fell into this adult category because it seems wrong. Considering I searched Zazzle marketplace and found thousands of invitations for a bourbon and other alcoholic beverages tasting parties or events and they were all G rating. Wondering were those invitations "grandfathered in" and has the adult content been updated? My friend suggested that I update the title, the description and the tags, but could not shake that adult content rating. I ended up deleting my invitations. Can somebody please share with me what constitutes adult content on Zazzle. Considering we sell barware, with in-house mockup views of wine, champagne or beer, the adult violation for a bourbon tasting on my invitations is confusing. Here is a copy of one of my invitations...not sure what caused the adult content rating. We have the Zazzle RSS feed going into our custom website and we have filters you can apply in the website to narrow it down by product type. However about two weeks ago the product department disappeared from the XML in the RSS feed? Will that return? How else should we perform that filtering otherwise? Thanks!

My Walking Warrior Collection features shirts and other products designed for participants in a 60-Mile, 3-Day Walk for the Cure. Having a wicking, Sport-Tek option is a big deal. As someone who has walked in this event for over two decades, I can tell you, you tend to sweat a bit. 😁 I am being told that the white classic printing is not available for the sport-tek shirt. The vivid printing is not an option. For the more experienced sellers than me (which will be almost everybody) 🙃, do you know if this will become available relatively soon. The other colors just don't work as well. Thanks for any insight you can offer.

Hi, My balance is currently over $50, and I selected PayPal as my payment method. However, I still haven't received any payment, and all of my earnings are marked as "Cleared." I have already completed the tax form and received an email confirming that my account was updated and that I am eligible to receive payments. This will be my first payment from Zazzle, so I'm not sure if I've done everything correctly. I'm a bit confused and would appreciate any guidance on what I might be missing. Thank you!

I have a watch that shows as costing $55 on my .com page. However, on my .co.uk page, it shows as £119 !! $55 converts to only about £41 on my currency app. That suggests a huge miscalculation. How am I going to sell these products in the UK when there is such an anomally? Zazzle please explain...

I went to my Earnings Summary page and got a big orange notice that said "We cannot pay you because your payment settings are incomplete". I went into my Payment Settings and everything appeared fine so I didn't change anything. I didn't click anything or update anything because I know it can delay my next payment. I clicked Earnings Summary again and the message is gone. Is this a glitch? This isn't going to affect my June payment is it? Anyone else seeing this?

All my birth announcements don't show the image customers can replace with their own anymore in the preview images. They did when I posted them last year but now don't show at all. When I click personalize this design, it does popup & can be replaced but my previews look so odd with no picture in them, like they can't be edited. When I go to download to just create my own previews & upload as media, it also doesn't include the pic in the download. I have photo Christmas cards that are not having this issue. Anyone else noticing this?

Their law says that AI models must have a "conspicuous" disclosure, or face stiff penalties, even if you're outside of the USA. Meaning, we must put something to say that this mockup AI person IS made up, over the image [not within] the details of the description or on tags. See Senate Bill S.8420-A. It was signed by the governor, Kathy Hochul, on 12/11/25, to take effect 180 days out, to be on June 9th, 2026, whereby the penalties will begin. Also, another bill Senate Bill S.8391, the Post-Mortem protection, was also signed on 12/11/25, with no grace period. This law is about the non commercial use of a deceased individual's name, voice, or likeness for 40 years after their death unless prior, explicit consent is obtained from their estate or heirs. *Note: The main reason I bring this up is that Zazzle is a worldwide site, and ads will be seen in New York, and if you don't cover your AI Model mockups with a disclosure, you can be fined for not having that disclosure over your image.

I used to have this option, but with this new design tool I don't see it available anymore. I know Zazzle doesn't want to mess with approving something as little as a year change, but I don't want to end the year with XX or YY because it makes the design look bad. Plus, the letters in the font I chose are too bulky, while the numbers work for the space I have it in. Does anyone know if this option has been completely removed or am I just missing it? Thanks in advance for your time.

I am having a couple of problems with my Facebook page (mine is a public/business page for my Zazzle shop). Does anyone know how to make an image clickable back to a Zazzle product page? I know the Zazzle 'share to FB' link doesn't work anymore. I see other Zazzlers have made their images clickable links - how is that done? I can only post the link seperately below the image. Also, seems like every time I try to post something (just the usual, text, image, link and hashtags of my Zazzle products) FB puts a hold on my account and demands I 'appeal' to keep it active - and now they're asking me to upload an image of my face to verify my account! Anyone else having this problem?

Hi everyone! : ) I decided to use Chat GPT to do all the SEO for my listings: the title, description, and tags. I have hardly had any views on those products, so I have decided to go back to the old fashioned way of doing keyword research myself, while still using Chat GPT for descriptive words I may not have thought of. I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience with Ai. I think the titles it created were especially bad, using keywords that--in my opinion--seem misleading, and not using much of the space allowed. Thanks for any input. Cheryl 🙂
