All my birth announcements don't show the image customers can replace with their own anymore in the preview images. They did when I posted them last year but now don't show at all. When I click personalize this design, it does popup & can be replaced but my previews look so odd with no picture in them, like they can't be edited. When I go to download to just create my own previews & upload as media, it also doesn't include the pic in the download. I have photo Christmas cards that are not having this issue. Anyone else noticing this?

I used to have this option, but with this new design tool I don't see it available anymore. I know Zazzle doesn't want to mess with approving something as little as a year change, but I don't want to end the year with XX or YY because it makes the design look bad. Plus, the letters in the font I chose are too bulky, while the numbers work for the space I have it in. Does anyone know if this option has been completely removed or am I just missing it? Hi everyone! : ) I decided to use Chat GPT to do all the SEO for my listings: the title, description, and tags. I have hardly had any views on those products, so I have decided to go back to the old fashioned way of doing keyword research myself, while still using Chat GPT for descriptive words I may not have thought of. I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience with Ai. I think the titles it created were especially bad, using keywords that--in my opinion--seem misleading, and not using much of the space allowed. Thanks for any input. Cheryl 🙂

Their law says that AI models must have a "conspicuous" disclosure, or face stiff penalties, even if you're outside of the USA. Meaning, we must put something to say that this mockup AI person IS made up, over the image [not within] the details of the description or on tags. See Senate Bill S.8420-A. It was signed by the governor, Kathy Hochul, on 12/11/25, to take effect 180 days out, to be on June 9th, 2026, whereby the penalties will begin. Also, another bill Senate Bill S.8391, the Post-Mortem protection, was also signed on 12/11/25, with no grace period. This law is about the non commercial use of a deceased individual's name, voice, or likeness for 40 years after their death unless prior, explicit consent is obtained from their estate or heirs. *Note: The main reason I bring this up is that Zazzle is a worldwide site, and ads will be seen in New York, and if you don't cover your AI Model mockups with a disclosure, you can be fined for not having that disclosure over your image.

We have the Zazzle RSS feed going into our custom website and we have filters you can apply in the website to narrow it down by product type. However about two weeks ago the product department disappeared from the XML in the RSS feed? Will that return? How else should we perform that filtering otherwise? Thanks!

A while back I went through all my kids watches as the glitter ones have been discontinued. When I go to edit they are all ok, but the product pages are showing them again as out of stock as back to the glitter ones? I have been in again and tried to change them but still reverting the glitter ones and impossible to change! The “simulated velvet” notice that appears directly on top of my product image is in a really bad location The popup currently covers the invitation design and interferes with the presentation of my mockup, which makes it difficult for customers to view the artwork clearly. My mockups are editorial‑style and rely on full visibility, so having the popup over the artwork significantly impacts the design. Could this notice be moved to a less intrusive location such as below the product image, near the description, or in the sidebar? The information is important, but placing it over the mockup disrupts the customer experience and affects the visual quality of the listing.

Hi everyone! I have a quick question about text boxes: How can we distribute the text boxes to have even spaces between them if placed vertically in the new template? I think according to Zazzle the Distribute to Selection is only for images or shapes. I tried to manually distribute the text, but when I click on one text box the outlines for the others disappear. When looking at various POD websites other than Zazzle, I see the term Comfort Colors a lot lately. It appears to be a range to t-shirts that are in slightly washed out colors which I really love. Does anyone know if Zazzle offers this colour range on any of their tees?

I was just looking at some address labels. When I make them they look just okay, as I try to keep my fonts at about 9. However, there are some high ranking ones displayed and when I click on them to see how they fit all the text I see something like 5 or 6. Isn't that too small to read? Or, maybe it does not matter as it is probably read by a machine? What do you think?
