Anyone know if a customer buys something in bulk (e.g., glass tumblers) if they come individually wrapped?

A couple years ago I purchased 12 mugs and they all came in one box, individually wrapped. They were packaged very securely with a lot a protection. You could call Zazzle at 1.408.983.2800 and they would be able to let you know.
