Can I request a PDF file for my tax form 1042-s?

Hi there! 

As the subject says, can I request a PDF file for my tax form 1042-s? I haven't received the form in my mail for some reason as of this writing April 10, Wednesday. I need this form for my tax filing due on April 15 (which is Monday next week already, so April 13-14 is a weekend meaning no office). The address in my earnings is correct. If you need ID verifications for my address, I can email them to you. I emailed support and it seems I only got a copy-and-paste response because I read that information in the help articles and did not answer my question.

So, can I request a PDF file now of my tax form? I can't wait for this form to be delivered beyond April 15.

Hi, Monet! Yes you can. I had to do the same (Canada), they very promptly provided a secure PDF copy of the document. They may need a few days to action this, so the sooner you request this the better.
