Can't log to my Zazzle account within my correct password and have to enter a one time code...why?

Hi everyone, I want to know why I CAN'T LOG WITH MY PASSWORD❓ It gives me this msg ''Your email or password is incorrect. If you created an account before Jan 2011, you may need to sign-in with your username.'' What does this mean? I'm on zazzle since May 2022 and everytime I have to put a one time code, that it presumed that Zazzle send it to my email. The adress that send me the one time code is 👇 Zazzle Inc. <zazzle@tn.send.zazzle.com> Do anyone have the same issue? Or is it a new way to secure the account? I can't understand why I have to depend on a one time code to enter to my account? Please help. Thank you to everyone willing to answer me.</zazzle@tn.send.zazzle.com>

I've gotten that error message whenever I've keyed in the wrong password.
I've never had to put in a one-time code, though.
