I got an email/IM today from someone named Alice that my store is temporarily closed. The message mentioned that I couldn't verify my account. I called Zazzle earlier for request for my account. I thought that was done but now I got the message on messenger that my store is temporarily closed and could be permanently closed if I could not verify my account. When I rechecked chat, the message is now gone. Has anyone seen something similar today?
Can anyone please check if you can still see my store in your end -- selectpartysupplies?

I can see your store. It's a scam trying to get your details ... I believe Z's been deleting them as fast as they can find them, but some are still sneaking through.

She just doesn’t have them in her profile. The store is still there. You can control this under the 'advanced settings' of your profile. There are check boxes for the stores you want displayed associated with it.

Thanks for checking. Yes, I do not have my stores listed in my profile. But, I believe I can still see the store when I search using my store name. It seems like as what @PenguinPower mentioned, the email is a scam and should be ignored.
