Can Zazzle please help this customer ASAP ... her order was shipped incomplete

On May 11th, this customer ordered 100 hand fans unassembled for her upcoming event, only to receive her order today and discover that all the sticks for those hand fans are missing.

She is understandably frantic and contacted me through Chat to apprise me of her situation. I have given her the Zazzle contact phone # and email address, but can someone from Zazzle Customer Service respond and reach out to her please to rectify the matter at their earliest opportunity tomorrow morning?
