Cancellation with No Sale???

So I had a red cancellation appear this morning - but I can find no corresponding gray/green sale.  ???

Even if the person ordered, then immediately cancelled - wouldn't I show the gray 'pending' entry?

No. Pending sales turn pink once cancelled and they turn green when cleared.

Oh!  I think you're saying the one entry was gray...and then turned pink.  So two entries are never shown?

It was probably ordered and immediately cancelled. 

No, two entries aren't shown. If I see a drop in my earnings summary, I have to go find the cancelled sale. Sometimes it can be deep within my royalty totals.
